The GOLDEN BALL apartment for up to four people is located in the center of Zalakaros, on the second floor of the MenDan apartment hotel, next to the Granite Spa and Adventure Bath.

Located in wheelchair accessible building, that provides air conditioned accommodation THROUGH THE YEAR. The WELLNESS SECTION is a pool – open in summer, covered in winter –, sauna, and all of our guest can use FOR FREE.

The neighbor Hotel MenDan is pleasured to meet our guest with an AMAZING Aqua Land section / thermal and adventure pools, ice fountain, sauna park, eskimo igloo /. After prior consultation with a receptionist, all the guest are welcomed to take the 20% DISCOUNT.

The apartment is elegant, air-conditioned, tastefully furnished with plastic shutters, mosquito net windows, 1 bedroom, bathroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace.

The usage of the CAR PARK IS FREE. Upon arrival please visit the reception, opened 0-24.

Prior arrival and after leaving the hotel staff is cleaning, but the daily cleanup is the guest's duty. For those arriving with children, we provide a toilet reducer, baby cot and high chair on request.. We provide hairdryer, detergent, toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel, toilet reducer for the smallest furthermore dish soap, 2 towel per person, tatter and bed sheets.

There are brand top quality medical mattress in the 180X200 cm double size bed and a couch embedded for two people.

The elevator supportive. Apartment's terrace and windows give a sight to a small forest with a beautiful small lake. The building sitting is oriental, in the morning is very shiny, afternoons the terrace is shady. The spacious room perfectly fits for two adults, two children and there is place for a baby in the collapsible cot bed.

Adult and children books are available, as long with board games, internet connection, LCD television.

The reception desk uses digital document scanning, which requires the presentation of an ID card, passport or driving licence!

Children are charged according to the age at the time of booking.
Tourist tax is HUF 450/night per person over the age of 18.
From 15 June to 31 August, accommodation can be booked for a minimum of three nights,
From 1 January to 14 June and from 1 September to 31 December the minimum stay is two nights.
According to the house rules, accommodation can be booked from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. However, depending on availability, earlier arrival and later departure are possible at a SPECIAL CHARGE!
Once the reservation is confirmed, a 30% deposit is payable within 2 days of the confirmation of the reservation in order to finalise the booking. Payment in full is required two days prior to arrival, by postal cheque, bank transfer.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to pay the accommodation fee and the tourist tax on the spot by cash or credit card!
Cancellation conditions:
- 15 days before arrival: free of charge.
- 2-14 days before arrival: 50 % penalty.
- 1 day before arrival: 75 % penalty.
- Cancellation within 1 day: 100 % penalty.
In case of cancellation, the amount corresponding to the conditions will be refunded immediately!
The apartment is self-catering, the prices apply only to the accommodation fee!
